Two Rivers Shopping Mall
The Two Rivers Shopping Mall has opened its doors to the public in Nairobi in mid-February and is set to be Kenya’s largest shopping mall upon completion. The second phase of the mall will include a five-star hotel and apartments, and construction will commence around mid-2017.
The $10-million shopping mall will provide 700,000 square feet of space and will host more than 150 local and international retailers, including a number of eateries, clothing stores and banks.
The mall is designed to offer a world class shopping experience to foreigners and expats, while travelling locals can now also receive first world luxuries in their home country. Visitors to the new mall will also have access to an app that they can download to pay for their parking and access other important information on the complex.
The Mall is expected to catalyse local industrial growth, create job opportunities and promote tourism.
