Executive Relocations helps assignees to find their perfect house to make them feel at home. Before the arrival of the assignee and their family, we evaluate needs and requirements and start researching appropriate housing options. The assignee and their family will be accompanied to viewings of houses or apartments, with arranged viewings pre-selected to meet the assignee’s preferences and corporate mobility policy. A report containing information and advice on each property will be provided and our consultant will carefully check the selected lease contract for validity and coordinate its signing.
Temporary Accommodation Services
We assist the assignee and their family through finding suitable furnished apartments when hotel accommodation is not an option. Temporary accommodation may become necessary in case of short-term assignments or should the delivery of the assignee’s household goods be delayed. We provide the assignee with a selection of services apartments and arrange for viewings.
Finding reputable schools which follow international curricula can be challenging in some countries. Most schools also have long waiting lists, which makes the school search one of the most important services for families. Our consultants provide assignees with summaries of the schooling options, accompany them to interviews and assist in the registration process.
Executive Relocations assists the assignee’s spouse in familiarising with the new environment and making contact with other expats as well as locals, for example through expat or sports clubs. We also offer career support services, helping spouses to create professional CVs and apply for jobs.
